Awhile ago I shared a lantern that Diane from In My Own Style created from a tuna can. She showed us her skills at envisioning how pieces can be fitted together to create something fabulous. Well, Diane has been at it again with another brilliant tuna can repurpose that also happens to make use of a thrift store glass jar.
Diane got her inspiration from some French candy jars with zinc tops from Ballard Designs and totally ran with it! Using a painting technique, Diane gave her tuna can the look of aged zinc. She then attached a glass knob and placed the new lid atop her thrifted jar. Voila!

Hi Beckie-
Thanks for the feature XO
The jar is an old Tang jar. Tang used to make collectable jars. I have about 7 of these I will be pulling out and making new lids. Very cute.
