Yes, those are burlap potato chip bags. I didn’t know chips came in burlap bags, but I likey! Ally stuffed up the bags and then sewed them shut with some jute. For the price of a bag of chips, Ally got a tasty snack AND new outdoor pillows. Sounds like a bargain to me!
