Dinah was thiisclose to throwing out her weathered, faded children’s picnic table. But then her “trash to treasure” side came rarin’ through and she decided to give it a makeover instead! At DIY Inspired she shows us just what a coat of paint and some new cheery fabric can do.
Dinah primed and painted the table and benches. She found an amazing deal on fabric and, using the original cushion padding on top of the bench, stapled the fabric underneath the bench to hold it in place. Dinah went with white paint because “it seems cleaner that way,” and plans to preserve her beautiful new table by keeping it “out of the sun and under a covered patio.”
